Menopause Awareness Week
October 11–17, 2026
Every woman deserves to navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
In recognition of Illinois' second annual Menopause Awareness Week, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and partners are hosting a series of virtual conversations with menopause experts.
Events throughout the week will cover important topics such as symptom management, treatment options, advocating for yourself in the workplace, and more.
