Task Force on Children of Incarcerated Parents: Final Report and Recommendations
This report will provide context for the Task Force’s creation, grounded in best practices and research, along with recommendations and opportunities in the areas listed above. The members of the Task Force trust that the Governor and members of the Illinois General Assembly will use these recommendations to make swift, concrete and critical policy and practice changes.
